How does the internet get to my WiFi?

It depends on your address. With fibre, we connect the fibre infrastructure running past your home directly to your router. With wireless, we beam the internet from one of our towers through the air to a small radio on your roof, which connects to your WiFi. Either way, our local team installs and sets up everything for you.

Do I own the router and equipment?

The equipment we install remains the property of Waelese. It is free for you to use while you pay for our service. While it is at your premises it is under your care and protection, and you are responsible for looking after it.

How does billing work?

Our service works on a pay-first-and-then-use basis — you pay each month for the next month's use. We invoice at the end of each month by email, and payment is due by the 3rd of the new month to avoid any interruption to your service.

When does my service month run?

Our service runs from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Don't worry about timing your application — we adjust your first payment so you don't have to wait for month-end to join. Late payments in a new month may result in the loss of service days.

Is the data really unlimited?

Yes. No caps. Ever. Stream, game, work and study as much as you like.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Everything is month-to-month. If you ever want to cancel, you simply give us one month's notice.

What happens if I stop paying?

Regular monthly payments keep your service active. If payments stop, the service may be discontinued and we may collect our equipment from your premises. If you're having trouble with a payment, talk to us — we're a local team and we'd rather help.
